- Sending unsolicited bulk SMS (Spam) or phishing attempts.
- Fraudulent activities, impersonation, or identity theft.
- Harassment or threatening communications.
Warning: Any account found violating these rules will be immediately terminated without refund, and all relevant data will be preserved for law enforcement.
2. Account Verification
To use our premium services, you must provide accurate government-issued identification. We reserve the right to suspend accounts with unverified or suspicious identities.
Privacy Policy
Your privacy is critically important to us. This policy outlines how we collect, use, and protect your data.
1. Information We Collect
- Identity Data: Name, Government ID (for verification), and Contact details.
- Usage Data: Logs of SMS and Call history (retained for security and compliance).
- Payment Data: Processed securely via third-party gateways (Stripe/Crypto). We do not store full card details.
2. Data Security
We use 256-bit SSL encryption to protect your data. Identity documents are stored in encrypted servers and are only accessible by compliance officers.
3. Data Sharing
We do not sell your data. We only share data with telecommunication partners (like Twilio) strictly for message delivery purposes or with law enforcement if legally required.
Refund Policy
We strive to provide the best service possible. However, due to the nature of digital goods, our refund policy is as follows:
1. Eligibility for Refund
Refunds are only issued in the following specific cases:
- Technical Failure: If a purchased number fails to receive SMS/Calls due to a system error on our end.
- Service Non-Delivery: If funds are deducted but not credited to your wallet.
2. Non-Refundable Items
- Funds already used for successful calls or SMS.
- Accounts terminated due to violation of our Terms of Service (Spam/Fraud).
- Change of mind after purchasing a specific number.
To request a refund, please contact support with your Transaction ID. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days.
Compliance & Law Enforcement
Prime Link Hub cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies.
If we receive a valid legal request regarding a user involved in illegal activities, we will disclose all available information, including IP logs, identity documents, and usage history, to the authorities.
